Snow!

We have had a fairly decent covering of snow over the last few days. I love snow but I hate it when it causes disruption to my day. I needed to go to London on Monday and couldn’t go because the trains were not running.  I ventured down to Portsmouth on Monday evening for LINKS, not to bad getting there but getting back took a while!

I have been out with my camera and I have taken loads of pictures of the snow, I will post some on here very soon. I’m using the time I have off to sort out a few photos in my backlog and I might get around to playing a few more levels of Company of Heros if my dad ever gets of MY PC

Plane crashes in new york river

I was shocked to hear last night that a plane had come down in a new york river, what is more amazing is that no one was killed thanks to the skill of the pilot. He should get a medal for his actions.

Israel - Gaza Conflict

Just seen this on the BBC Website:

BBC News

A senior Hamas leader has been killed by an Israeli air strike on his home in the Gaza Strip, Hamas officials say.

Nizar Rayyan, the most senior Hamas figure to be killed since 2004, has urged suicide attacks against Israel.

News of the strike came on the sixth day of Israeli strikes on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian medical sources say 391 people have been killed. Israel says it is trying to prevent militants from firing rockets into southern Israel.

Mr Rayyan is the most senior Hamas leader to be killed since the death of Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi in April 2004.

His death comes as the main UN agency operating in Gaza, Unwra, has resumed food deliveries, but warns of a dire humanitarian situation in the territory.”

I hope that the violence in gaza will stop now that the Israelis have killed someone important, as too many Innocent civlians are dying as well.
